How approachable! To start your transformation, all you have to do is follow this Flexibility Optimizer 3-5 days a week for the first two weeks. In this program, we will focus on getting you to be able to access a full range of motion so that future workouts are as effective as possible. Once you are good and nimble, you will be ready to move on to STABILIZE.

Building a strong core for a rock solid foundation is easy (as we get to work with an easy-to-follow routine). In this four week program, you will flatten your stomach and tighten up key joints that you will need to rely on in future workouts. Next you are going to want to upgrade your conditioning with STRIVE

Build a solid aerobic conditioning base with this simple program. You will notice some big changes in your body by doing these workouts just four days a week. This program will prime your body for strength training and accelerated fat loss. After just four weeks you will see and feel a world of difference.
